Bosch: Listening Comes First in Transport
Better mobility starts with listening to customers
Bosch is using two strategies to bring advanced transport solutions to market, says Paul Thomas, who heads the company’s mobility initiatives in North America.
“First, we have to listen,” Thomas says. He explains that successful products and services aren’t just about great technology. They also must satisfy the social aspect to transportation.
Bosch is connecting its product development “silos” to tap cross-departmental synergies and create more powerful results. The company also is partnering with universities, startups and even its own customers.
